I REST MY CASE is a collection of 8 hard-hitting stories by Truth C. Matters. These stories personify the hard, bitter and sometimes fatal battles, the citizens of an African country face in their day to day lives or rather battle to survive. This collection speaks to the inner soul of the reader about the callous treatment citizens face at the hands of a government that claims to care for them. It is a cry to hear, a cry to be heeded and a clarion call to action by desperate citizens berating aloof politicians whose only motivations to power it seems is to line their pockets with state funds.
