This book is part of a "Super-Simplified" series in response to the "informational overload," that the web (and the "authorities") has inadvertently provided us. The author thus intends to "translate" the experts' complex research, and public domain-guidelines, for a diverse array of important topics, into what the author very literally labels as "IN PLAIN ENGLISH..." (translations).
This book's objective is not to contradict the "authorities," or the other valuable information in the so-called "public domain," but instead to collate it, and make it available in a readily assimilable form, for diverse international reader audiences.
